NEW ARRIVALS RELEASE DATE
New Arrivals are to be released on Thursdays or Fridays. Email marketing campaigns will be sent out prior to release so be sure to check all spam and junk emails. Release time will always be at 8:00AM.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are normally processed 24-48 hours after the order is placed (excluding weekends). After your order is processed, you will be provided with a tracking number via email/text message. If you have not received a tacking number within 2 business days, please email us at dreamklosetllc@gmail.com or text (769)204-5955 including your name on the order and your order number.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
DKG Boutique descriptions are very detailed in the description section underneath each item. Due to the worldwide pandemic, refunds and exchanges are unavailable. ALL SALES ARE FINAL NO EXCEPTIONS. Please be sure to select the appropriate sizing.
LOCAL PICKUP
Local Pickup will be available on SCHEDULED SATURDAYS between the hours of 12:00PM-12:30PM. Failure to pick up orders on the scheduled pickup day will result in being charged an additional fees to ship. Additional fees include an inconvenience fee of $2 and a shipping fee of $8.50 totaling the fee to be $10.50. All additional fees can be paid via CashApp or PayPal only. RESTOCKS
Only highly requested items are subject to restock occasionally upon multiple request. Estimated shipping date is only a estimate and are subject to change at any moment.
